Best Western Plus Hotel Olsztyn Old Town - Olsztyn (Warmian-Masurian)

The staff is cute and were really nice when I left something behind and they made sure to return it to me promptly. The breakfast, despite having limited variety, is still great considering the price. The room itself was spacious, great for comfortable unpacking, and the bathroom was large enough for two people to use simultaneously. The hotel also provided unexpected amenities like a pool table in the lobby, which added a personal touch to the experience.

One slight downside is that some rooms face a busy street, resulting in noise from the traffic outside. on some nights, there were disruptive fellow guests and the constant sound of speeding cars on the road near the hotel.

It is located in the centre of the city.

The room was tidy and had a cool, modern vibe. There was a nice big shower 🚿 and they even provided free toiletries - a little touch that I liked. Plus, I was a fan of the restaurant here.

The cleaning staff waking me up at 7am with their very loud talking in a room next door to us...every morning.

My wife and I used the hotel for a short (three day) visit to Olsztyn and the surrounding area. The hotel proved to be more than adequate, being only a very short walk to the Old Town centre and having parking available on site at no extra cost. The staff were most efficient, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was well presented and satisfying. Good value for money, and no complaints.

This place is quite big and conveniently located close to downtown and the train station, the staff is friendly and the breakfast selection is good, overall no complaints.

The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, and the staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel's location was ideal, close to shopping centers and tourist attractions. I also enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area after a day of exploring.

The noise from construction work was disruptive and began early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep in and enjoy a peaceful morning. The rooms could have been cleaner and better maintained.
